Our website cannot automatically apply individual price matches at checkout.
If you've found a lower advertised price, please contact our friendly team before placing your order.

In-Store Purchases
Shopping at our Dandenong South showroom? Simply show our team the lower advertised price from a local competitor.
If the product is identical and meets our price match conditions, we'll match the eligible price.
Price Match Conditions
To ensure our price match guarantee is fair and consistent, the following conditions apply.
Product Eligibility
The competitor's advertised product must:
- Be identical in brand, model, colour, size, quality and specifications.
- Be advertised by an authorised reseller or wholesaler of that brand.
- Be available for immediate purchase and not on backorder or raincheck.
- Be advertised by an Australian-based business or website.
Additional Conditions
- Conditional offers: Price matching does not apply to package deals, cashback offers, bonus offers, bulk purchases, limited-quantity promotions or similar conditional offers.
- Price verification: We must be able to verify that the advertised price is genuine, current and has not expired.
- Availability: The competitor must have the product available for immediate sale.
- Total price comparison: The competitor's price must include all associated costs, including GST, applicable taxes, delivery, freight, fees and other charges.
- Other offers: Price matching cannot be combined with any other Salon First offer, discount or promotion.
- Below-cost pricing: Salon First reserves the right to decline a price match where the matched price would fall below our cost price.
- Clearance stock: Liquidation, clearance and reduced-to-clear stock is excluded.
- Product condition: Used, ex-demonstration and ex-display products are excluded.
- International pricing: Prices advertised by overseas websites or stores are excluded. The competitor must be based in Australia.
- Advertising errors: Pricing or advertising errors, whether made by Salon First or a competitor, are excluded.
- Third-party marketplaces: Products advertised through third-party marketplaces such as eBay, Gumtree, Amazon, Woolworths Marketplace or similar platforms are excluded.
